About Wayne Ishimine

With over 28 years of experience, Wayne has continually been praised by his clientele for his professionalism, responsiveness and integrity. Wayne’s calm approach and sense of humor is comforting during the relatively stressful process of selling or buying real estate. Whether the deal involves a single-family residence, condominium, or multi-unit complex, his greatest reward has been seeing his clients achieve their real estate goals.

A native Long Beach resident, Wayne grew up attending Long Beach public schools and went on to obtain an Economics degree from UCLA. Previous to real estate, Wayne managed and operated a successful retail/wholesale business. He happily resides in his hometown of Long Beach with his wife, with whom he has two adult children. His lifelong love of sports continues to this day.
