About Luis

Luis Robledo has been a Realtor in Southern California since 2010, specializing in the luxury residential market. He began his real estate career at Keller Williams Westlake Village before moving to Douglas Elliman’s Malibu office. He is now proudly affiliated with Y Realty.

Luis serves clients across Ventura County, Calabasas, the San Fernando Valley, Malibu, and West Los Angeles, bringing a deep understanding of both local markets and high-level client expectations.

Prior to real estate, Luis practiced Commercial Law in London, England, before founding his own marketing and branding firm, where he advised both startups and established companies internationally. This unique combination of legal expertise and strategic marketing insight gives his clients a distinct advantage—whether negotiating complex transactions or positioning a property for maximum exposure and value.

Luis holds a Law and German Law degree from King’s College London, as well as a marketing degree from San Francisco State University. His background allows him to guide clients with precision, discretion, and a results-driven approach throughout every stage of the buying and selling process.

Known for providing trusted advice and a high level of personalized service, Luis is committed to delivering an exceptional client experience. Having lived in Colombia, Germany, Belgium, and England, he brings a global perspective and is fluent in multiple languages.

He currently resides in Dos Vientos, Newbury Park, with his wife and three children.
