About Kristina

I’m Krisy, an Arizona and Washington real estate professional, empty nester, sunshine chaser, dog lover, and firm believer that the next chapter of life might just be the best one yet.

I was born and raised in Washington State, surrounded by towering evergreens, rainy mornings, beautiful summers, and the kind of scenery that always feels a little bit like home.

Washington shaped me, grounded me, and gave me a lifelong appreciation for community, family, nature, and a really good cup of coffee. But eventually, I found myself craving something new. More sunshine. More outdoor living. More possibility. More room to breathe.

I moved to Arizona for the sunshine, but also for the next chapter of my own life. I understand what it feels like to leave behind the familiar, step into the unknown, and create a life that feels more aligned with who you are today.
