About Jorge

Jorge Perez is a real estate professional serving Central Florida with Y Realty in Orlando. With deep roots in the community and a passion for homeownership, Jorge specializes in helping families build long-term wealth through strategic real estate decisions.

Born and raised in Orlando, Jorge is a proud second-generation Cuban American who understands the transformative power of property ownership. His work extends beyond transactions — he is a committed advocate for expanding access to homeownership within the Hispanic community and throughout Central Florida.

Jorge has served as Past President of NAHREP North Orlando and currently serves as a Florida Realtors State Director. Through his leadership roles, he has helped shape conversations around housing policy, professional standards, and community engagement at both the local and state levels.
