Jennifer Davis

Jennifer has lived in Long Beach for over 35 years and she has been a Realtor for over 20 years. She is married to an incredible husband, John and they just celebrated their 32nd year anniversary. Together they are raising two amazing kids: Delaney (30) and Miller (25).

 Jennifer’s marketing and sales experience is extensive, as she has held many leadership positions in businesses throughout Long Beach. She has been the Executive Director of the Belmont Shore Business Association and Development Director of Westerly School of Long Beach. 

Jennifer is an active member of her church and also enjoys all water sports, skiing, camping and running. She has completed the Avon 3-Day Walk and the AIDS Marathon training program. She has completed three marathons and sixteen half marathons. 

Jennifer attended Cal State Long Beach and pursued a degree in Political Science and Speech Communication. Jennifer has been blessed by working with clients that soon become her friends. Friendship is the result of putting other people’s needs before her own, treating people honestly, ethically and kindly. It stems from taking care of people and serving them well. In business it is based on performance, hard work and results, combined with the qualities previously noted. Jennifer prides herself in continuing her education of the market and the current obstacles and challenges it has. 

In addition, knowledge of the numerous loan and incentive programs enables Jennifer to guide people through their options, setting them up for success in the long run. Surrounding herself with a strong team has enabled her to serve her clients better each year, which is what gives her the most joy. Jennifer knows that her success is the result of hard work and diligence. Her business is primarily based on referrals as well as past clients and her personal sphere. Everyone matters and the trust people put in Jennifer is cherished and not taken lightly. Her clients, past and present are the best reward when it comes to accountability.
