As a local real estate agent based in Lakewood, I specialize in helping retirees, families navigating probate & trust sales, and homeowners looking to unlock the potential of their property through Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs).  

Having personally designed and managed the build of my own ADU, I understand firsthand the opportunities—and the challenges—that come with adding a second living space. I’m passionate about helping others turn their ADU goals into reality.  In today’s market, this is a great strategy to create multigenerational housing, plan for future flexibility and earn passive income!

Before entering real estate, I spent over 20 years as a social worker, case managing with seniors and supporting families through life transitions. That experience taught me how to listen deeply, communicate clearly, and guide people through complex decisions with empathy and integrity.
