Meet Iyesha Ferguson, the Director of Operations at Y Realty. As Director of Operations/ Market Center Administrator at Y Realty, Iyesha Ferguson brings a powerful combination of strategic thinking, operational leadership, and calm execution to a fast-paced and growing real estate environment. With a background in business operations, executive support, and project management, she works closely with the leadership team and agents to ensure seamless systems, clear communication, and consistent, high-quality service across the board.

Iyesha holds a bachelor’s degree from Whittier College and a master’s degree from California State University, Long Beach. Her career spans over a decade of supporting executives, entrepreneurs, and mission-driven teams—giving her a deep understanding of how to bring structure, clarity, and results to dynamic businesses.

She currently resides just outside of Palm Springs, CA with her partner and their beloved mini farm. Whether she’s optimizing processes, supporting strategic growth, or building culture from the inside out, Iyesha is committed to helping Y Realty thrive behind the scenes—so agents can shine out front.
