Her journey into real estate began after a successful corporate career as an IT Supervisor and Purchasing Manager—roles that shaped her analytical thinking and instilled a deep understanding of our ever-evolving, tech-driven world.

Denise’s real estate career began as a licensed Appraiser before she became a Real Estate Broker. Along the way, she’s navigated a wide range of complex transactions, from foreclosures and short sales to probate and divorce sales. She’s worked closely with clients during some of their most difficult life transitions, offering not just real estate advice, but empathy, patience, and clarity.

Whether she’s helping first-time buyers overcome their fears, guiding seniors through the search for a forever home, or assisting relocating families in finding the perfect neighborhood, Denise approaches each situation with care and professionalism.
