Albert Garcia

Albert Garcia is a Long Beach native with over 10 years of experience in real estate, specializing in Long Beach and the surrounding areas. A proud graduate of Long Beach Wilson High School, Albert was part of the historic 4-time CIF Champion men's water polo team — the first team to accomplish this feat.

After high school, Albert earned a scholarship to UCLA, where his teams won two NCAA championships and was named All American all NCAA tournament 1st team. He also graduated with a Bachelor's degree in History.

After a decade in coaching water polo at the High school and age group ranks, Albert made the transition into real estate, where he has thrived helping buyers, sellers, and investors achieve their property goals. He’s particularly passionate about guiding clients through one of the biggest milestones of their lives—homeownership. As Albert says, “There’s nothing that brings me more happiness than handing over the keys to a client's new home. For many, it’s years of saving, and being part of that journey is truly rewarding.”

In the last four years, Albert has expanded his expertise into real estate investment, successfully securing properties for clients across Southern California. He has completed 9 remodeling and home-flipping projects to date. Albert enjoys the challenge and creativity involved in transforming properties to match his clients' visions.
