About Charlie Nicholas

After spending 38 years in the Aerospace Industry, Charlie Nicholas transitioned to real estate 10 years ago and now spends his time helping people with their real estate needs and investing in properties himself. After retiring he decided to become a realtor after several less-than-satisfactory encounters with several other real estate agents. He strives to bring integrity, professionalism, and top-quality service to his clients. As a manager in his previous career, he learned to be a professional problem-solver, which enables him to close transactions promptly with the least amount of hassle. He has a B.A. in Mathematics and an M.S. in Computer Science from USC.
