After a 7 year career working with Celebrities, Sports Athletes, and the World’s Wealthiest in the Fitness and Nutrition Industry David changed gears and went into Real Estate.
 
David built a business that sold 45 homes a year with an annual sales volume of over 75 Million Dollars.
 
Recognizing Keller Williams was changing the industry David left Bel Air, California  and launched his first office in Bakersfield, California becoming the #1 Launch in the Nation in 2008. Next he took a struggling office in Orange County and turned it around, and with his leadership the office became ranked #2 most profitable KW offices in the Nation for Jan/Feb 2010. 

David opened another office in Long Beach, California which he named KW Pacific Estates. Attracting the area’s top realtors, the brokerage became the #1 office in town and the most profitable KW office in California. That office remained the #1 office in Long Beach for a decade. David expanded that brand into two other nearby cities. David was called upon to help open a title company which he did successfully and then added hard money lending to his vertically integrated business platform.

;Once again, David recognized the changing landscape of the real estate industry and decided to sell all of his KW franchises to pursue his vision of opening up Y Realty, an Independent Real Estate Brokerage built on a cloud based platform that has the best in class marketing, coaching, technology, and allows agents to choose their own commission plans to best suit their current and future needs.

 
David is never satisfied with the status quo and is always looking to innovate. When he is not working he enjoys spending time with his amazing wife, Candice and their two lovely children, Jordan and Christian. As well as, lifting weights, reading, and spending time with friends.
