Meet Jen Christpher, the Director of Marketing at Y Realty. Jen brings over two decades of powerhouse marketing experience, having shaped global brands and redefined storytelling across industries like real estate, marine, healthcare, and more.

As a seasoned Fractional CMO at Salt + Sea Studio, Jen built a reputation for helping companies craft authentic brand voices that resonate and drive results. Her expertise in brand strategy and development has been instrumental for businesses seeking to create meaningful connections and conversions.

Before launching Salt + Sea Studio, Jen was a partner at JLOOP, a leading interactive agency in Long Beach, where she spent 15 years developing marketing strategies for clients across automotive, boutique real estate, action sportswear, and more. She also played a significant role working with Tony Robbins, expanding his brand reach and impact through creative marketing and storytelling.

Jen’s impressive career includes time as a partner at bloomcreative.com, where she focused on brand strategy and development for healthcare companies.
Now, Jen will bring her extensive experience to Y Realty, leading the charge in elevating our brand strategy, creative direction, and marketing innovation.
